Chocolate covered raspberry overnight oats
While breakfast is the most important meal of the day, finding time in the morning to cook can be virtually impossible. These chocolate covered raspberry overnight oats can be made ahead of time, making them the perfect grab and go breakfast.
Ingredients:
- ½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- ½ cup chocolate milk
- Dash of vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- ½ cup fresh or frozen raspberries
Directions:
Step 1: Combine the oats and the milk chocolate in a jar and stir well.
Step 2: Add the vanilla and salt to the jar, stir well. Top with ¼ cup of raspberries.
Step 3: Cover and place in the fridge overnight.
Step 4: Retrieve from fridge, mix raspberries into the jar. Top with remaining ¼ cup of raspberries.
Step 5: Enjoy on the go!
