Easy-Peasy Pumpkin Pie

Get your spirits up this fall season with the most delicious pumpkin pie! Everyone loves pumpkin-anything, so it’s a win-win for all! Easy to make and perfect for the chilly weather. 

Ingredients:

  1. ¾ cup sugar

  2. 1 ½ teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice

  3. ½ teaspoon salt 

  4. 1 can pumpkin (15 oz)

  5. 1 ¼ cups evaporated milk or half-and-half

  6. 2 eggs, beaten

  7. 1 crust from 1 package of Pillsbury Deep Dish Pie Crusts 

Steps:

  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. In a large bowl, mix the filling ingredients and pour the filling into the pie crust. 

  2. Bake for 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Bake for 40 to 50 more minutes or until an inserted knife comes out clean. Cool for two hours and then store or refrigerate until serving time.
