Ingredients:

- 1 container of strawberries (washed and dried well)

- 6 ounces of semi-sweet chocolate

- 3 ounces of white chocolate

Directions

Step 1: Put the semi-sweet and white chocolate into separate heat proof bowls. Fill two medium saucepans with 2-3 inches of water and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Once heated, turn off the heat and place bowls over saucepans. Stir chocolate until melted and smooth (you can also melt the chocolate in a microwave at half-power for one minute, then stir and heat for another for a quicker option).

Step 2: Once chocolate is melted and smooth, remove from heat. Next, line a sheet pan with parchment or waxed paper for the strawberries. Holding the berries by their stems, dip into the semi-sweet chocolate, then lift, twisting slightly, allowing for excess to fall into the bowl. Let set on parchment paper and repeat with remaining strawberries.

Step 3: Set the strawberries aside and let them set into chocolate is completely cool (around 30 minutes).

Step 4: Drizzle strawberries with melted white chocolate.

Step 5: Enjoy!
