Frugal Foodie: Sheet pan-fried eggs

Eggs always make the perfect addition to meals, especially breakfast. These sheet pan-fried eggs are perfect to add to breakfast sandwiches or anything else you feel needs a bulk-up! 

Ingredients:

  • 5 large eggs 

  • Olive oil 

  • Salt and pepper 

Directions: 

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit and place a rimmed baking sheet on the middle rack. Let the sheet pan preheat in the oven for 15 minutes.

Step 2: Crack the eggs into a bowl while the sheet is preheating. Once done, drizzle the sheet with a generous amount of olive oil. 

Step 3: Pour eggs slowly onto the sheet being sure to spread them out. Bake at 425 degrees for about five minutes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and enjoy!
